Oval paper label: 'Rock Chidley, Manufacturer, 135 High Holborn, London.' 6.19" diameter mahogany ends with simple fretwork, pine backing, flat. 48 ivory buttons, black accidentals, stamped. Later brown leather straps with screws absent. Four-fold black leather bellows with gold star papers. Round-end nickel reeds with pan and action stamped: 'Rock Chidley, 135 High Holborn, London.'
