Anglo-German system. Serial number 25775. Oval paper label: 'G Jones, patent concertina manufacturer, 350 Commercial Road East.' 27 keys: 13 each side + 1 air, bone, bushed. 6.06" diameter flat fancy rosewood ends, bevelled, red leather backing. Later leather straps, left-hand hand bar stamped: 'Screwed Notes, Defiance, GJ, London Make.' Six-fold black leather bellows with gold star papers. Round-end steel feeds, 4 reeds missing.
