This module is specifically desinged for making traditional Cantonese mooncakes, with a lotus seed paste filling. There are some variations on filling, such as, red bean paste, caramelised nuts, winter melon paste, and Kinhwa ham. The pattern could be a blessing, or it could be decoration.
