A press cutting describing Mr. Horniman’s haste return from India due to the death of his wife and the subsequent large collection of rare exhibits he brought along with him, which will go on display in an extra room at the Museum to be known as the ‘Indian Saloon’. The excerpt concludes with The Ceylon Independent of January 31st containing an interesting interview with Mr. Horniman.
