A programme list containing the timings of each event taking place at The Horniman Museum and Surrey Mount. The programme details that at 5pm Tea and Coffee will be served at the Museum on arrival with the reception being held at the Museum as well, 7pm the grounds will be illuminated and at 8pm all guest will proceed to Surrey Mount with refreshments in the dining room and music in the drawing room. The programme list also contains the music and songs that will play at the event with vocalists Miss Ethel Bevans and Mr. Franklin Clive, accompanist Mr. Albert Fox and music arranged by Mr. Dalgety Henderson. At the bottom of the programme list a short detail of trains and their times are presented.
