Lifesize model of man's head, iki ningyo, of wood covered in gesso, depicting a man with the left side of the mouth hanging down and slightly open, revealing the teeth. The eyebrows are indicated with white paint, the eyelashes and head hair with black hair. The mask has wrinkles and veins. On the reverse, a metal mirror clip is screwed to each ear, with a wire at the top through a hole, for hanging. There are labels on the reverse.
