Balancing top that has a figure formed from a cylinder of wood that is shaped to form a head and conical hat at the top, is tapered at the bottom and has movable arms nailed to the cylinder. Through the tapered section is a piece of wire with short, cylindrical, wooden weights on either end. The wooden parts are decorated with abstract pink flowers with green foliage.
