Linen plain weave blouse, handwoven. Gathered at the neck. The decoration of the upper part of the sleeve near the shoulder is densely embroidered, the embroidery divided into straight-edged sections by a band formed of gold coloured metal thread. Below this the upper side of the sleeve is decorated with embroidery in diagonal bands of patterning chiefly in pink, yellow and black. The sleeve has been shortened by folding it up on the inside. There is loose tacking across the lower part of the garment, perhpas to gather at the waist.
