Pole arm. Socketed steel spike, circular at the socket becoming hexagonal, then rectangular, ending in a fork with a pin in it on which a double-edged crescent pivots, the convex edge facing the spike; it is slightly ribbed and its points are everted. Socketed to a straight plain wood pole. Similar to 8.12.67/4 but that the direction of the crescent is reversed. Possibly ceremonial.Total length 7 ft. 10 ½ in.Spike length 32 in.
