Jacket in black woollen crepe for wearing over a kimono with a silk lining patterned by stitch resist dyeing. Triangular openings under armpits and a gusset below. On the back are three circular motifs along the top. The white circles have been achieved by resisting the dye and motifs of (?) three birds inked in in grey. Two narrow black cords hang from the inner part of the panels at the side of the open front. The front angles down slightly at either side in the middle.
