Lidded basket encasing a porcelain tea bowl. The tea bowl has round sides, everted rim, short footring and deep recessed base. It is covered with celadon glaze on exterior and 'qingbai' (bluish white) glaze on interior and base; mouthrim and footring unglazed. An underglaze blue mark (undecipherable) painted on base. The basket is of bowl shape with round sides, upright rim and footring; covered with a flat circular lid with ledged border. The lid is attached to the bottom of the basket by cord.
