Indian sword, tulwar, curved single edge blade. The iron hilt has swollen quillon finials, a small but sensitively formed swollen grip, and a canted pommel disc, features which combine to suggest a relatively early date, probably 17th century. The dome-shaped component intended to sit on top of the pommel disc is now missing.
