Lacquered wooden chess table with three detachable legs. The top of the table is round and decorated in red with an incised design, including the chess board, that has been filled with white. The underside is green and has three holes for the legs. The three turned legs are decorated with bands of dark lime green, dark khaki green and red lacquer, with some incised lines that have been filled with white or the dark lime green colour. Each of the legs is broken at the top where there is a screw section allowing it to be affixed to the table top.
