Hat ornament of carved wood, part of Daoist priest's headdress. It has a dome-shaped base and two globular mid-sections carved with floral designs, plus a six-sided upper section simulating a faceted jewel finial mounted on top of a Qing official's hat. Three perforations on the foot for attachment to the hat.
