Ornamental mirror to hang from a woman's belt. Glass mirror on one side. On the other side there is a small painting of a female figure, which is covered with glass and encased in a fabric frame. The frame has a ribbon border and stiffened silk in the shape of a flower head, with two green leaves applied to the top and bottom of the frame. The upper floral applique is topped with a small compass. Three silk thread tassels in green and red are joined by an endless knot, hanging down from the bottom of the frame.
