Cigar holder carved from one piece of wood in the shape of a winged creature lying down, its front legs extended and the open mouth forming the end from into which the cigar would have been inserted. On the creature's back is the figure of another animal, probably a dog, with on its back a monkey chewing the dog's tail.
These objects are only a part of our collections, of which there are more than 350,000 objects. This information comes from our collections database.
