A a small bell-shaped hookah base in Bidri ware decorated with horizontal bands of poppy flowers within rectangular panels with a border of stylised vegetal motifs, with scolled vegetal motif borders. The neck has a projecting collar with same decoration; central aperture at the top. Band of petals along the upper face of the rim. The tray is missing.
