This ewer may have been made in Nepal. It is probably touristica; it does not bear the 8 auspicious symbols, so it is not a proper ritual object, furthermore some of its decoration mixes Buddhist and Hindu symbolism, which is an indicator of inauthenticity (what appears to be Durga -Hindu- and Shakyamuni -Buddhist- are both present) .
