An almost square piece of linen embroidered textile, described in the register as part of a woman's blouse. There are two (unembroidered) selvedges. The (lower) warp end is embroidered with an angular zig zag pattern in cream silk. The main, linear motif comprises larger cream silk angular motifs, either side of a vertical cream silk centre line, alterating with smaller squarish motifs (two groups of four) in red silk thread. A zig zag line in red silk frames the central panel.
