The register describes this embroidered linen textile as part of a woman's blouse. The catalogue card further defines it as a 'shoulder piece'. The cloth is embroidered with three horizonatal rows of rosette motifs, mostly in dark blue with accents of orange, red and blue cotton thread. Tiny beads, alternating in blue and green, fill the centre, and red, green and orange beads are applied elsewhere on the rosettes. The rosette rows are separated by bands of silver- and gold-coloured metal-wrapped thread and this metal embroidery has been applied to the shorter edges of the textile also.
