Buckskin pipe or tobacco bag with integral fringing at the base, and a skin draw-string. It is decorated with areas of polychrome beadwork, with a wide band of red, blue, and black geometric motifs on a white ground, at the base. The fringing is partly covered with quill-work below the beaded section.
