Nepalese gilt metal temple doorway, the supporting columns cast and chased with formal lotus petals and foliage, the central circular columns with lozenge ornament in rectangular tiers above and below the semi-circular arched top surmounted by the Torana with the winged Garuda in the centre, surmounted by Nagas and Apsaras, enriched with serpents, the borders encrusted with turquoise and sapphire pastes, the figure of the Buddha in the cloud scroll cresting above, surmounted by a circular three-tiered canopy about 6 feet high by 4 feet wide.
