Stemmed bowl, lekanis, on a heavy foot. Southern Italian Greek, from Puglia. The dish is made from pinkish clay, with thin brown red paint on the body, underside, and foot. There are vertical tongues in between the two horizontal ribbon handles with spurs. The interior is painted dull brown or red, and the handles are painted black.
