Nursery plate with a picture of a woman in a yellow and blue dress going over to her child who has fallen over, with a field and a house in the background. There is a rhyme on the front: 'Who ran to help me when I fell / And would some pretty story tell / Or kiss the place to make it well / My Mother.' There is embossed decoration of vines around the rim. On the base is a maker's mark, saying 'Stevenson'. The plate was made in Staffordshire.
