Woman’s handwoven wrap, kira. Formed of three panels of handwoven green cotton cloth stitched together along the selvedges, with the warp ends formed into fringes at each end. The outer two panels each have an outer strip of two tripes in the warp in coral to either side of one of blue, with narrow stripes to either side of each. The panels are decorated with discontinuous supplementary weft motifs in various colours of wool as well as silver- and gold-coloured thread. The rest if these panels and the whole of the central panel are decorated with larger lozenge-shaped motifs in similar colours and threads.
