422.22-5 Sets of reedpipes with single reeds with windcap

A tarpo, double clarinet with a gourd wind cap, made in Maharashtra, India, circa 2000. The left-hand bamboo tube has five finger-holes. The hole for the second finger-hole has a 13mm. tube of bamboo mounted on it perpendicularly, and fixed with what is possibly black wax. The right-hand tube has a single finger-hole parallel with the lowest one on the adjacent tube. A second finger-hole above this one is blocked. The bell of the instrument is fashioned of wound palm leaf, finished with masking tape at the distal end.
