Sleeve holder of black woollen cloth to which strips of black braid have been stitched on the outer face to either side of a strip of black silk. This central strip is decorated with four groups of four sequins arranged around a cross formed of amber coloured glass tubular beads, with black embroidery running all along the centre of the band. Between each group of sequins hangs a 1 dinar coin dated 1925 showing a portrait of Alexander of the kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes. The band has the remnants of a pale blue trim around the outer edge, which has been supplemented along one edge with a strip of lace. Secured with a metal hook at one end and a metal eye at the other.
