Headdress for topeng costume, formed of a basketry shape covering the crown of the head around which lengths of string to which lengths white hair, turning darker towards the ends, have been attached are set. At the front above the forehead is a band of leather into which a decorative pattern has been carved and pieces of mirror inlaid, forming a coronet. Secured by means of a strip of rubber tied to either side of the basketry frame. For dancing the part of 'topeng tua', the old man. Part of topeng dance costume.
