Chinese medical textbook with a yellow cover, in Chinese script, belonging to A.M. Paterson, missionary doctor in China. Inside are texts and diagrams of parts of the human body. The book, which was published in 1851 in late Qing Dynasty by British missionary Benjamin Hobson in China, introduced Western anatomy to the East (China and Japan) through clearly made anatomy illustrations of human body organs. This was perhaps the second volume of the book.
