Unsewn tubular skirt cloth. It is made of a cream cotton fabric, kepala with a batik design in diagonal bands containing floral patterns with insects in dark and light blue, alternately on a blue and green background. The main badan design has a row of three bouquets of cream, light and dark blue flowers set against an all-over isen design of swastikas. It is bordered above and below with a floral pattern in the same colours, and the edges are defined by the flower stems. The extreme selvedge border has a sisir fringe pattern. Kepala is close to the edge of the cloth, with only a narrow border, similar to the top and bottom borders, between it and the edge of the cloth. 'Tjap Apple' label shows that it is 'Apple Brand' made at the workshop of The Khiem Tjhoen, of Surabaya.
A square paper label is affixed to the cloth with text in both Roman and Chinese script, and with the image of a peach. The number 4 is also written on the label in pencil.
