Panel woven on continuous warp, which has been left uncut. Central section has warp ikat design of black on white, geometrical motifs in regularly repeating pattern, black bar where warp threads wound around ikat tying frame. At each side repeating warp stripes in green, mustard and black, the latter with very simple white pattern within. Black along selvedges. West Timor, Indonesia. (AF53) See Ruth M.
