Arm band on a flat base of unknown material wrapped in red fabric and formed into a circle, with tacking stitches in white cotton visible on the inside. Geometric pattern on the outer surface made in yellow and black beads. From one side hang twenty three tassels, some incomplete, of groups of beads threaded on string. To one side these have pale yellow beads in the top half, red in the lower half, to the other side the top ones are black and the lower ones white. At top, middle and extreme end of each tassel is a small group of black white and red beads. Between the two sides on the main part of the arm band are some very short tassels of yellow and black beads standing proud of the surface.
