Woman's shawl. Formed of four woven panels striped black and red in the warp, sewn together along selvedges, warp ends forming a loose fringe. Central join linking panels in green, yellow, red and white thread, outer two chiefly in white. Decorated with tassels and tiny supplementary weft details, widely spaced. Towards each end is a panel of (inner) white and (outer) green spike shapes formed in supplementary weft interspersed with silver coloured metallic threads. Finely woven piece.
