Oboe (local name 'Teretee'), with a brass bell, hollowed wooden oboe body with 6 fingerholes and known locally as a dangur. The reed, staple and pirouette are made from plant fibre and metal and it is this part that is blown to make the sound.
The teretee is the main melody instrument for traditional dance music of the Sora community.
