422.211.2 (single) clarinets with cylindrical bore, with fingerholes

Clarinet in B flat, low pitch. Model number 107. African blackwood (grenadilla) with nickel silver plated ferrules, tenon sleeves and keywork. Keys have leather pads. Simple system fingering. Register key cup on front of upper joint. Three pieces excluding mouthpiece, which is missing. Integral barrel. Cork lapped tenons. Hole through lower tenon on upper joint which lines up with first tone hole of lower joint. Lower joint has an added extension. Upper joint stamped: TRADEMARK/BOOSEY/L.R/BOOSEY & Co. Ltd/MAKERS/LONDON/27148; Lower joint stamped: BOOSEY & Co. Ltd; with serial number 27148 stamped on reverse of upper ferrule. Bell stamped: BOOSEY & Co. Ltd/LONDON/27148/Guarenteed/British Made
