breast ornament (personal adornment)

Breasts for a Fulani costume. Dark brown woven natural fibres form shoulder straps and the back strap. White shells are sewn on these for decoration. The back strap has two bundles of shells/ beads (wooden and plastic) attached with string. The breasts are made from a natural material which is hard and hollow. There is a line of shells around the base of each breast. Each breast is sewn on to the woven straps where they both meet. At the front, each breast has a fastener (one big knot and one big loop) to join the costume at the front.
