Square piece of cotton textile with two strips of blue embroidery for making up into a blouse. The ground is a natural coloured singles cotton. In one half is a rectangular shaped panel, with a linked two diamond motif alternating with a diagonal diamond pattern. There is a border on each side. The other panel is shorter with the same patterning as the larger one, except on a smaller scale. It has a border on one side only which is much narrower. Both are worked in two tones of blue with the addition of white cotton in the larger border. Both are most likely to be pieces for a garment.
