Brass candle holder. This is bell shaped and decorated with various silver and gold bands of metal and outlines. There is an inscription in Arabic or Hebrew on the handle. There are various swirls around the object for decoration and the holder has a straight thin handle. On the base of the handle are a series of marks, maybe the maker's marks?
