The jacket is decorated with lace cuffs, a white ribbon with a diamante brooch, and a red, white, and blue ribbon around the neck. The hat is decorated with gilt buttons and pin brooch, ribbons, and a diamante brooch. There is a metal hook attached to the skirt.
