A boxed soap with a paper wrapper and a bar of pale orangey-brown, sandalwood soap. The box is green, red and pale yellow with an inscription 'Mysore Sanbdal Soap' and a flower pattern. The paper is waxy, translucent and white in colour. The soap is oval in shape with inscriptions on both sides indicating that it was made in the government soap factory in Bangalore.
