One of two Khmer knives from Angkor Wat made of wood and metal. As 1990.614 except the blade is incised with a figure on one side with a high crown; abstract designs on the other. Brown wood hilt and sheath inlaid with white metal. Knife 230mm long;blade 140mm long; sheath 165mm long. Probably a tourist item.
Label: A label is adhered to the rear of the sheath which reads "Dr and Mrs Klatt's bequest to Horniman Museum".
