Prayer wheel with a bone drum. The drum is carved and the ends and band on the drum is white metal with inset coral and turquoise coloured stones. Attached to the drum is a chain with a seated figure at the end. At the top of the drum is a wooden knob. The handle is formed of highly polished bone with a dragon motif. There are brass bands at the top and bottom of the handle and at the top of the handle, where it tapers, there is a piece of shaped horn.
