Merlevi dervish's hat ('Sikke') made from felt, in the from of an elongated light brown cone-shape. The rim of the woollen textile is rounded, which suggests that it has been felted rather than cut. The shape has either been achieved during the making, over an appropriately shaped model, or formed afterwards by steaming the felt into shape.
