Donkey's rump band of felted wool. Panels of red felt edged with blue and yellow stitches embroidered with dark brown motifs edged in white chain stitich. Top band decorated with six bunches of horse hair, flanks heavily tasselled with tufts of horse hair on plaited wool. The whole piece is lined with plain and patterned cottons; front edges of the rump band are adorned with orange and blue woollen tassels.
