Woman's comb (silver, gold plate) 'sisir rambut'. Bisaya woman's comb of gold plated silver, the handle is decorated with floral motifs in low relief with scallop shapes and a central arch along the top. The teeth are wide and flat. The comb is curved and is worn as a hair ornament at festivals such as weddings, rather than being used for hair-dressing. Made in Brunei 1928. Bisaya; 5.25" l, 23/8" w.
