Folding fan, paper, depicting a mountainous landscape and inscribed on the reverse with some of the Beatitudes, verses from the gospel of Matthew in the Bible: 5:4 虛心的人有福了，因為天國是他們的 (Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven); 5:3 哀慟的人有福了，因為他們必得安慰 (Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted); 5:5 溫柔的人有福了，因為他們必承受地土 (Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth); 5:6 饑渴慕義的人是有福的，因為他們要得飽飫; ( Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied); 5:7 憐憫人的人是有福的，因為他們要受憐憫 (Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy); 5:8 清心的人是有福的，因為他們要看見天主 (Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God); 5:9 清心的人是有福的，因為他們要看見天主 (Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God); 5:10 使人和睦的人是有福的，因為他們要稱為天主的子女 (Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven).
