Bidayuh rice basket for padi. The basket has a square base reinforced with a bamboo frame, with vertical struts at the two sides at the back decorated with incised and stained decoration. The body is formed of characteristic wide vertical warp crossed by narrow weft strands. The main body is pale, with a darker band forming the upper quarter of the body. There is a sheet of palm leaf at the back of the basket. Three lengths of twined fibres are wrapped around the main body around a third of the way down. A bark carrying strap is attached to the basket.
