Circular silver betel box outer cover that fits completely over inner box. The outer cover is decorated on the top and sides with repoussé work depicting flowers, foliage, birds, animals, figures of humans and deities.
Made from 285 'peacock rupees' - a common way of providing the metal for silver objects.
