Small brass cylindrical container with lid. The base is flat and circular. Decorated all over the surface with engraved floral and plant scrolls against a red lac background. Some details in blue lac. In the centre of the lid, also decorated all over the surface, is a geometric starburst design in blue lac. On the base of the pot are two faint inscriptions, one in ink, the other carved into the surface, both in Arabic script, probably numbers.
