Belt of wool in herringbone pattern, red and black. Supporting wood 'dao' holder with a vertical slit which holds the steel sword. The belt is decorated with a fringe of short tufts of red goat hair bound in yellow orchid stem strips; these are in two groups, one each side of the 'dao' holder. On one side is a set of long wool-bound lengths of wire hung from short pieces of belt cloth, ending in red goat hair tufts and rings of copper and pieces of yellow orchid stalk.
